1 Information on the Collection of Personal Data
(1) Below we provide information on the processing of personal data if you became aware of us through our advertising measures. Personal data is all data that can be personally related to you, e.g., name, address, email address, telephone number. 2 Processing of Personal Data upon Contact and Transfer of Your Data to Our Partner Companies, e.g., Laboratories
When you contact us, the contact data you provide, such as your names, telephone number, possibly address, and email address, will be processed by us to answer your questions. The personal data you provide will only be stored if there is a legal retention period. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

- Right to rectification: If the information concerning you is not (no longer) accurate, you can request a correction according to Art. 16 GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you can request its completion.
- Right to erasure: You can request the deletion of your personal data according to Art. 17 GDPR.
- Right to restriction of processing: You have the right under Art. 18 GDPR to request a restriction of your personal data.
- Right to object to processing: You have the right for reasons arising from your particular situation to object at any time to the processing of your personal data that occurs on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. e or f GDPR, according to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR. In this case, we will not process your data further unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing is for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims (Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR). You also have the right according to Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for direct marketing purposes; this also applies to profiling, as far as it is related to such direct marketing. We indicate the right to object in this privacy policy in connection with the respective processing.
- Right to revoke your consent: As far as you have given consent for processing, you have a right to revoke according to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR.
- Right to data portability: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, common, and machine-readable format („data portability“), as well as the right to transfer this data to another responsible party, if the requirements of Art. 20 para. 1 lit. a, b GDPR are met (Art. 20 GDPR).
- According to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us. The responsible data protection authority is the authority of the canton of Nidwalden, Switzerland.
